Given the diverse array of performance management tasks to be completed over a CDCS period, USAID guidance calls for the inclusion of a PMP Task Management Calendar. This calendar is expected to be of greatest use at the Mission level, where it will be utilized and updated frequently. The version included in this kit reflects updates in USAID terminology—since the 2003 PMP toolkit—now included in USAID’s updated Performance Management Toolkit.
In its ADS guidance on the preparation of a PMP, USAID suggests that a PMP task management calendar is developed at the DO level that identifies all of the key monitoring, evaluation and learning tasks over the expected life of the DO.
